Tuscany 4 - Dopolavoro La Foce

Me and Kelven (sorry about the grammar hahaha) spent a lot of time at this restaurant.  During the week that we stayed at the castle, we went there 4 or 5 times!  We sent our compliments to the chef on the first night (the food there was so good) and we were golden after that.  They comped us something new every time we at there, from meats and cheeses to red wine to prosecco.  Heck, I didn't even see them treating locals this well!  I guess it helped that we were staying at the castle and this restaurant is owned by the same folks.  :P

This chef is the man!  Even gave us some cooking tips.  He's going to work on his English (take some courses) and start a cooking school.  So if anybody is planning to go to Tuscany and interested in finding out more, let me know!
